My name is Nancy Mehesy. I have been married for 30 years and have three adult children. I have worked in mental health for over 20 years. I mentor other therapists and provide training in a variety of settings. I have extensive experience in working with complex trauma. I work with organizational leaders, pastors, and their families as well as therapists that are experiencing distress. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, biking, being outdoors, and traveling. My approach to therapy includes a combination of systemic and individual models integrated to teach, process, and help clients experience change. I enjoy watching my clients learn to listen internally and discover how to create change and heal. I use a variety of techniques to help clients grow. I desire to help my clients learn as well as heal. Your emotional safety and privacy are important as I join you for this season of your journey.
